Rainbow MWD contracts out our bill mailing service to a firm that does this work for many companies.   Apparently, the firm made an error in our Cycle 1 billing and mailed out the wrong newsletter with the bills.   Replacement newsletters will be mailed out on August 17th.   A link to the current newsletter is below.
