At Rainbow MWD we have a staff of people that work hard every day to bring you the services you expect at the lowest cost we can.  As part of that process, we regularly try out different ways to do things to see if we can improve service and/or lower cost.  

Since there are only about 50 of us in all, and there are thousands of you receiving these services, we thought that many of you may have some ideas on different ways to achieve our goals.   We would like you to share those ideas with us because we really don’t care whose idea it is that makes us better.
