• Phyn Plus device detects indoor water and has automatic water shutoff capability through a free app. The device requires professional installation. 
• Streamlabs offers two indoor water devices with real-time data. Monitor is a self-installed device with free app subscription. The Control device requires plumber installation and allows automatic and remote water closure.
