Rainbow Water's Speakers Bureau is an educational program designed to inform the community about the water industry.  The experienced staff at Rainbow Water are avaialble to speak about a range of topics related to communications, construction projects, engineering, graphic design, infrastructure, innovation, information technology, system operations, and the water supply. Past speaker events have included visits to Bonsall High School classes, community meetings, and featured guests on industry event panels.
